ingredients that will later be used in your cooking class.
Next, board the Red Bridge boat for a relaxing 25-minute cruise along the Hoi An River. Enjoy the peaceful scenery and observe local river life as you make your way to the cooking school—perfect for capturing memorable photos, especially in the soft afternoon light.
Upon arrival at the Red Bridge Cooking School, explore the lush herb and vegetable garden before beginning your cooking session. Over approximately two hours, learn to prepare traditional Vietnamese dishes under the guidance of expert chefs. Each dish is first demonstrated before you recreate it yourself, ensuring an engaging and hands-on experience. You will also be introduced to the art of Vietnamese food carving, adding a decorative touch to your dishes.
