Meet your guide at your hotel in Sapa and begin your cycling adventure into the picturesque Sapa Valley.
Ride through breathtaking landscapes of mountains and terraced rice fields, following a route that combines gentle slopes and mostly downhill sections.
Your first stop is Su Pan Village, home to the Black Hmong community. Take time to explore the village and learn about their traditional way of life.
Continue cycling downhill toward Ban Ho Village, inhabited by the Tay ethnic group. This peaceful riverside village is known for its traditional wooden stilt houses and scenic surroundings.
Enjoy a local lunch in Ban Ho, followed by time to relax, explore the village, or take a refreshing swim in the nearby river.
After lunch, take a short trek uphill to Nam Toong Village, home to the Red Dao community. Visit a local house and, if possible, stop by the village school to gain insight into daily life in this remote area.
After exploring Nam Toong, trek back down to Ban Ho, where your vehicle will be waiting to transfer you back to Sapa town.
