We’ll pick you up at your hotel in a Jeep at 2:00 pm and head south of Siem Reap through the picturesque Cambodian countryside. We stop at a local family house surrounded by rice paddies. Here we sip on a cold coconut or a local juice, meet the family, and spend time with them, learning about their farming life.
Your itinerary includes a local mushroom farm to learn about how mushrooms are grown using technical methods, and a rice wine distillery where you also get to try local rice wine in Cambodia! We will then drive to a nearby river and shuttle by boat through the floating villages, where friendly locals will greet you with smiles and enthusiastic waves. Here you’ll get a fascinating insight into the ways the local people live in this region. Your local guide will describe the Tonle Sap lake in more detail and tell you about the phenomenon that creates a depth variance of up to eight meters and why this lake is vital to Cambodia’s survival. You’ll appreciate this new perspective on Cambodia as you cruise along the river. To complete the evening, we take a boat ride on the waterway with local delicacies, including soft drinks and other cold beverages, while enjoying a spectacular view of Tonle Sap at twilight. We can expect to arrive back in town around 7:00 pm, depending on the seasons and the time of the sunset

Wir holen Sie um 14:00 Uhr mit einem Jeep von Ihrem Hotel ab und fahren südlich von Siem Reap durch die malerische kambodschanische Landschaft. Wir machen Halt bei einem lokalen Familienhaus, das von Reisfeldern umgeben ist. Hier trinken wir eine frische Kokosnuss oder einen lokalen Saft, lernen die Familie kennen und verbringen Zeit mit ihnen, um mehr über ihr Leben als Landwirte zu erfahren.
Ihr Programm beinhaltet den Besuch einer lokalen Pilzfarm, um zu erfahren, wie Pilze mit technischen Methoden angebaut werden, sowie einer Reiswein-Destillerie, wo Sie auch lokalen Reiswein in Kambodscha probieren können! Anschließend fahren wir zu einem nahegelegenen Fluss und setzen unsere Fahrt mit einem Boot durch die schwimmenden Dörfer fort, wo freundliche Einheimische Sie mit Lächeln und begeistertem Winken begrüßen. Hier erhalten Sie einen faszinierenden Einblick in die Lebensweise der Menschen in dieser Region. Ihr lokaler Guide wird den Tonlé-Sap-See genauer erläutern und Ihnen das Phänomen erklären, das eine Tiefenvariation von bis zu acht Metern verursacht und warum dieser See für das Überleben Kambodschas so wichtig ist. Während Sie den Fluss entlangfahren, gewinnen Sie eine neue Perspektive auf Kambodscha. Zum Abschluss des Abends unternehmen wir eine Bootsfahrt auf dem Wasser mit lokalen Spezialitäten, einschließlich Softdrinks und anderen kalten Getränken, während Sie einen spektakulären Blick auf den Tonlé Sap in der Dämmerung genießen. Die Rückkehr in die Stadt ist gegen etwa 19:00 Uhr vorgesehen, abhängig von der Jahreszeit und der Zeit des Sonnenuntergangs.

Haremos una parada en una casa de una familia local rodeada de arrozales. Aquí disfrutaremos de un coco fresco o un jugo local, conoceremos a la familia y pasaremos tiempo con ellos, aprendiendo sobre su vida agrícola.
Su itinerario incluye una granja local de setas para conocer cómo se cultivan utilizando métodos técnicos, y una destilería de vino de arroz donde también podrá probar el vino de arroz local en Camboya. Luego nos dirigiremos a un río cercano y continuaremos en barco a través de los pueblos flotantes, donde los amables habitantes le saludarán con sonrisas y entusiastas gestos. Aquí obtendrá una visión fascinante de la forma de vida de las personas en esta región. Su guía local explicará con más detalle el lago Tonlé Sap y el fenómeno que crea una variación de profundidad de hasta ocho metros, así como por qué este lago es vital para la supervivencia de Camboya.
